NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 22 OF OTHER INFORMATION RELATING TO AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
Proposed development at Lower Compton Waste Management Facility, Lower Compton, Calne, Wiltshire SN11 8RB

Hills Waste Solutions Ltd has applied for permission to: Retain and extend existing Materials Recycling Facility including transfer activities, screening bund and ancillary activities and development
Following a request from the Planning Inspectorate dated 28th September the appellant has submitted further information to the Environmental Statement in relation to the planning status of surrounding land, clarification of the baseline no project scenarios and updated assessment of air quality and traffic.
Copies of this information and the environmental statement (and also the application with plans, and other documents submitted) may be inspected by members of the public on the Wiltshire Council website, www.wiltshire.gov.uk You may also use the computers in your local library to access the Council's web site.'
Should members of the public wish to obtain copies of the Environmental Statement, they are invited to make direct contact with the applicant's agent Land & Mineral Management at the following address: Roundhouse Cottages, Bridge Street, Frome, Somerset, BA11 1BE, who shall advise of the cost associated to providing copies, so long as stocks last at a charge of £320.00 (paper format) or £10 (CD).
