Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the C1199 Honeymoor to Eaton Bishop Road, Eaton Bishop, Temporary Closure Order 2016 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: C1199 Honeymoor to Eaton Bishop Road from the junction of U73204 Pulley Avenue to the junction of U73287 Bentley Drive OS Grid Ref: 344289 / 238785. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via B4352 onto U73209 Stone Street onto C1196 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to the installation of a new gas supply and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 20th December 2016 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 4 days.
