TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South West) (No.27) Order 2016" authorising the stopping up of a northern part width of Market Place adjacent to the Church of St. John the Baptist at Cirencester, in the District of Cotswold to enable development as permitted by Cotswold District Council under reference 13/05366/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE47AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/2487) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Cirencester Library, The Waterloo, Cirencester, Gloucestershire GL7 2PY.

Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 15 December 2016 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
