Licensing Act 2003: Notice of Premises Licence Variation
An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon, by Mr Mohammed Rasul Kader for the variation of an existing premises licence issued in respect of -
Unit 4, 1-8 Manchester Road, Swindon SN1 2AB.
The proposed variation would allow the following:
1. To include Units 5 and 6, in addition to Unit 4,
2. To extend the hours the premises is open to the public Monday to Sunday 08:00 until 23:00 and,
3. To enable the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises, Monday to Sunday 08:00 until 23:00
The application and supporting evidence can be viewed at the Offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, [licensing@swindon.gov.uk] between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.
Responsible Authorities, (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade), and/or other persons (e.g. people/ businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 7 December 2016 and 3 January 2017. All representations must be made in writing [including email or fax].
It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
