Notice is hereby given that Mr Shaju Varghese has applied in respect of the Sweet News, 1 St. Botolphs Street, Colchester CO2 7DX has applied for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the Sale of Alcohol - Monday to Saturday 9am - 11pm, Sunday 9am - 8pm. Representations for this application must be made in writing, by 28/12/2016 to Licensing Managers, Colchester Borough Council, Licensing Authority, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of Licensing applications can be inspected on line at www.colchester.gov.uk and between 9am and 17.00 pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at Rowan House Colchester. It is an offence on Summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
