Licensing Act 2003: Application for a new Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that MW Restaurant (Social) Limited has applied to the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames on 05/12/2016 for a new premises lcence for M Restaurant, Brewery Wharf, London Road, Twickenham, TW1 1AA.

The proposed application is to permit

the provision of films, recorded music and sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 23:30 & Sunday 09:00 to 23:00 and late night

refreshment Monday to Saturday

23:00 to 23:30 on such conditions and

such other times as set out in the application.

The record of this application may be inspected during normal office hours

by an appointment at the Licensing Authority, London Borough ol Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ.

It is an offence to knowingy or

recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licensing

applcation, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary

conviction for that offence shall not exceed level 5 on the standard scale

(£5,000)._
