NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 (3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION WHICH IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
PLANNING CONSULTATION
Proposed development at Seacourt Park and Ride, Botley Road, Oxford
I give notice that Oxford City Council is applying to the Oxford City Council for planning permission for the extension to the existing Seacourt Park and Ride to accommodate new car parking, a single storey building to provide a waiting area and toilets for customers, cycle parking, lighting, CCTV, ticket machines, new pedestrian and cycle access, landscaping together with reorganisation of the layout of existing car parking spaces, repositioning of turning circle, bus pickup and drop-off and other works incidental to the development. (16/02745/CT3).
This is major application which is accompanied by an Environmental Statement, and the proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

109-113 St Aldate's, Oxford, OX1 IDS during all reasonable hours.
Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from Turley, The Charlotte Building, 17 Gresse Street, London, W1T 1QL upon request at a charge of £5 for a CD and £20 for a printed copy.
