Application Number: 2016/29298 Proposal: Full Planning (Major) - Proposed change of use from existing Industrial unit (Use Class B2) to a Short Term Operating Reserve (STOR) electricity generating facility (Sui Generis) including the installation of apparatus with a generating capacity of 16MW, together with the erection of 16m Flue stacks and alterations to the existing building and associated works. Application Number 2016/29329 Proposal: Reserved matters application; Proposed residential development comprising 140 dwellings, details including appearance, landscaping, layout and scale pursuant to outline permissions 2007/10851 and 2011/18949 Location: Dawson House, Liverpool Road, Great Sankey, Warrington, WA5 3LW Applicant: Bellway Homes Ltd (North West Division).

Application Number: 2016/29330 Proposal: Full Planning - Demolition of existing buildings and proposed residential development comprising of 7 dwellings with associated infrastructure Location: Dawson House, Liverpool Road, Great Sankey, Warrington, WA5 3LW Applicant: Bellway Homes.

The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may be of public interest under the terms of Article 15(4) or (5) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.

Development Affecting the Setting of a Listed Building

Application Number: 2016/29321 Proposal: Listed Building - Proposed development to add 2 x 388mm Airwave Solution Telecommunication dishes on the existing steelwork for the use of updgrading the Emergency Services Network The existing TV antenna will also be relocated to be placed alongside 1 of the proposed 388mm dishes. The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building

Development Affecting the Setting at a Listed Building and LYMM EAGLE BROW conservation area

Application Number: 2016/29345 Proposal: Listed Building - Proposed erection of triple garage in the southern curtilage of Brookfield. Location: 29, Church Road, Lymm, Warrington, WA13 OQG Applicant Mr R, Potter

The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it, as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. The proposal may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
