LICENSING ACT 2003 PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that STUDLAND SOCIAL CLUB LTD TRADING AS THE OLD HARRY BAR of HEATHGREEN ROAD, STUDLAND, SWANAGE, DORSET has applied to the Purbeck District Council for the issue of a Premises Licence in respect of Studland Social Club, Heathgreen Road, Studland. The proposed application will permit supply of alcohol both on and off the premises, exhibition of films and live and recorded music. The application will request business hours as follows 0800 to 0200 seven days a week. Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing addresses to Head of Public Health and Housing, Purbeck District Council, Westport House, Worgret Road, Wareham BH20 4PP, before 23 December 2016. All representations will be made known to the applicant. The register of the licencing authority is maintained at Purbeck District Council, Westport House, Wareham, where the application may be inspected Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 4.00pm.
