THE A737/A738 TRUNK ROAD (IMPROVEMENTS AT BEITH) COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 201[]
The A737/A738 Trunk Road (Improvements at Beith) Compulsory Purchase Order 201[ ], for the purpose of improving and constructing a new length of road in relation to the A737/A738 St James Interchange - Kilwinning - Hawkhill Trunk Road in the vicinity of the town of Beith, North Ayrshire, which has been prepared in draft and notice first published on 2 November 2016, includes the land described in the Schedule hereto. The land to be acquired forms part of a common or open space. Notice is hereby given that the Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by paragraph 11 of Part III of the First Schedule to the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947, propose to give a certificate that they are satisfied that land will be given in exchange for such common or open space land, that the exchange land is not less in area and is equally advantageous to any persons entitled to rights of common or other rights, and to the public, and that the land given in exchange will be vested in North Ayrshire Council in whom the open or common space land vests, and subject to the like rights, trusts and incidents as attach to that land to be acquired. A map showing the land to which the proposed certificate relates and the land proposed to be given in exchange may be inspected, free of charge during normal opening hours, from 7 December 2016 to 4 January 2017 at:-

Any representations and objections to the giving of the proposed
certificate must be made in writing, stating the grounds of the
objection, to the Head of Special Projects Branch, Area 2-G
Dockside, Victoria Quay, the Shore, Edinburgh, EH6 6QQ. Any such
objection must be received on or before 4 January 2017.
The Scottish Ministers may, if they consider it expedient, hold a
public local inquiry, after having regard to any representations and
objections made.

THE A737/A738 TRUNK ROADS (IMPROVEMENTS AT BEITH) COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 201[]
Notice is hereby given that the Scottish Ministers in exercise of the
powers conferred by the above mentioned Acts, on the 2
November 2016 prepared the above mentioned Compulsory
Purchase Order which affects the land described in the Schedule
hereto, for the purpose of improving and constructing a new length
of the A737/A738 St James Interchange-Kilwinning-Hawkhill Trunk
Road, in the vicinity of the town of Beith, North Ayrshire. The Order is about to be made and comes into operation only if made. If the Order is made, a conveyance registered in implement of the Order may vary or extinguish rights to enforce real burdens and servitudes affecting the land.
A copy of the Order and of the map referred to therein may be inspected, free of charge during normal opening hours, from 7 December 2016 to 4 January 2017 at:-
