WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Farm Road, Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2016
The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of Farm Road, Redditch, from its junction with Sillins Avenue to its junction with Arthur Street in order to facilitate footway reconstruction and kerbing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Sillins Avenue, Holloway Lane, Arthur Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 days: Commencing: 3 January 2017.
Worcestershire County Council (Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2016 [Revocation of Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Mount Pleasant, Redditch] Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effectofwhich will be to revoke a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Redditch: Mount Pleasant (east side) covering the frontage of No. 165.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. Acopyofthe draftOrder, relevantplan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk to be received by 4 January 2017.
