LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Gourmet Burger Kitchen Ltd
has applied to Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 29th November 2016 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Unit 3, 16-20.The Broadway, Bradford, BD1 1EY
for the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 00:00, the provision of regulated entertainment (Recorded iMusic) on Monday to Saturday 10.00 to 00.30, the provision of late night
refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 00:30; as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representat on n relat on to th s application must give notice in
writing to: Licensing Team, 3rd Floor, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 5RW to be
received by no later than 27th December 2016 stating the grounds for making said representation.
A record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website www.bradford.gov.uk or at the above address during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on
being convicted of such an offence is £5,000.
