Halstead Town Council Car Parking Charges
Halstead Town Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 32, 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 and all other enabling legislation.
When this order comes into effect, the Halstead Town Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2011 will be revoked .
The effect of the proposed order is:
* Revoke Halstead Town Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2011

* To Introduce the Halstead Town Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2016

* To generally update the Order

* The Schedule shows the places, waiting positions, classes of vehicle, days and hours of operation, maximum waiting periods, scales of charges and the charging periods

* This Order will be effective from 1^st April 2016
