Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the Council by not later than 21st December 2016 6. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
