Licensing Act 2003 Application for a Premises Licence at Boat Lane Brewery, Unit 3 Streamside Business Park, Boat Lane, Offenham. WR11 8RS. Name of Applicant Ian Hazeldene. Licensing Authority Address: Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire, WR10 1 PT.(where a record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours). The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities: the sale of alcohol between the hours of 10.00 and 21.00 daily for consumption on and off the premises. Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 19th December 2016. Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application.
