Notice is hereby given that we James Hall & Company Ltd have applied to St Helens Council for Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as SPAR Store, Billinge Service Station, 1-3 Rainford Road, Billinge, WN5 7PF.
Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is:
To attach the new store layout plan following redevelopment. Alcohol to be consumed off the premises and licensable/opening hours to remain the same as the existing licence. The new store layout plan will not affect the licensing objectives. The application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF anytime Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
