Notice of intended disposal of open space land.

Notice is hereby given that Peacehaven Town Council intends to dispose of a parcel of land, which is for identification purposes described in the Schedule to this Notice, which consists of Open Space Land (scrub land).

A plan that identifies the precise location of the Open Space land in question is available to view at The Council Offices, Meridian Way, Meridian Centre, Peacehaven, East Sussex, BN10 8BB or can be viewed on our website at: www.peacehavencouncil.co.uk

Objections to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to Claire Lacey, Town Clerk, Peacehaven Town Council, Meridian Way, Meridian Centre, Peacehaven, East Sussex, BN10 8BB by no later than (6* December 2016) quoting the reference: [Roderick Ave / Dell]
