(City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2016 [Prohibition of Waiting on Dugdale Drive, Bright Avenue and Mabbs close, Worcester]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the
effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the
following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:
Dugdale Drive (north side) from its junction with Bright Avenue for a distance of 13 metres in an easterly direction and 17 metres in a westerly direction; from its junction with Mabbs Close for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction and 10 metres in a westerly direction. Bright Avenue (both sides) from its junction with Dugdale Drive for a distance of 12 metres in a northerly direction. Mabbs
Close (both sides) from its junction with Dugdale Drive for a
distance of 12 metres in a northerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and
restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access
for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons'
vehicles.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons
for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Worcester
City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The
Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road,
Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/
representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at

(Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2016 [Revocation of Limited Waiting on Bastonford Lane, Bastonford]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to revoke limited waiting 2 hours no return
within 4 hours on the following length and side of road in Bastonford:
Bastonford Lane (south side) from the south west corner of the
layby for a distance of 80 metres in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and
restrictions).

The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of B4550 Rainbow Hill, Worcester, from its junction with Westbury Street to its junction with Lansdowne Crescent in order to facilitate bridge examination works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

The Council have made an Order to close that part of A4440
Broomhall Way/Crookbarrow Way, C2287 St Peters Drive and C2055 Norton Road, Worcester as follows:-
a)A4440 Crookbarrow Way to its junction with A38 New Ketch
Roundabout.
b) A4440 Broomhall Way to its junction with A4440 Whittington
Road.
c) A4440 Crookbarrow Way to its junction with Norton Road.
d) A4440 Crookbarrow Way to its junction with Taylors Lane. The Order has been made to facilitate resurfacing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
That it will remain in force for 5 nights (21:00hrs - 06:00hrs), following which it will be continued by Order.
Commencing Phase 1 - 22 November 2016 to 23 November 2016.
Commencing Phase 2 - 28 November 2016 to 23 December 2016.
No works will take place between Thursday 24th and Sunday
27th November (inclusive).

(U5031 5 Whinfield Road, Worcester)(Temporary Closure) Order 2016
The Council made an Order to close that part of U50315 Whinfield
Road, Worcester, from its junction with A449 Ombersley Road
to its junction with C2138 Cornmeadow Lane in order to facilitate
carriageway repair works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A449 Ombersley Road, C2138 Cornmeadow Lane
and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day:
Commencing: 2 December 2016.
(Penbury Street, Worcester)(Temporary Closure) Order 2016
The Council have made an Order to close that part of Penbury
Street, Worcester from its junction with A449 Ombersley Road to its
junction with A38 Droitwich Road in order to facilitate carriageway
repair works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: - A38 Droitwich Road; C2293 Coombs Road;
A449 Ombersley Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (within a 2 week period): Commencing: 5 December 2016.
(Footpath NC-511, North Claines)(Temporary Closure Order) 2016
The Council have made an Order the effect of which is to close
Footpath NC-511, North Claines for its entire length.
The Order is being made to facilitate works for the construction of a
new residential development.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of
access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken. Alternative route: is via U41080 Bevere Lane and U50319
Bevere Lane.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out
have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 5 December 2016.
