OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (ABINGDON) (SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2016
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 28 November 2016 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which comes into force on 03 December 2016, is that the 30mph limit on the B4017 Drayton Road is extended south-westwards by 380 metres in place of the existing 50mph speed limit as a result of the development of land adjacent to the road leading out ofAbingdon.
Documents giving detailed particulars of the order are available for public inspection at Oxfordshire County Council, New Road, Oxford, OX 1 1ND between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday, and at Abingdon Library, The Charter, OX 14 3LY from 9am to 7pm Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday & Friday, 9am to 1pm Thursday and from 9am to 4.30pm Saturday.
For administrative reasons only the various speed limit orders for the Abingdon area will be consolidated into one order.
