NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Kings Lane, Cranage
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as follows, install new cable and overhead line works Prohibition of traffic-Kings Lane, Cranage - From the junction with Middlewich Road to the junction with Northwich Road
The alternative route will be via Northwich Road, Knutsford Road, Middlewich Road, Oak Tree Lane and visa versa which is considered the most suitable route.
The closures will be in place 24 hours a day
This order will come into operation on 3rd January 2017 and will continue in force for 18 months or
for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is
anticipated that the works will be completed by 20th January 2017.

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as follows, install new ducts.
Prohibition of traffic-Old Market Place, Knutsford - From the junction with Egerton Square to the junction with King Street
The alternative route will be via Egerton Square which is considered the most suitable route. The closures will be in place 24 hours a day
This order will come into operation on 16th January 2017 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 22nd January 2017. HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 Notice of Public Path Diversion Order (Footpath No. 12 (part) Parish of Goostrey) Public Path Diversion Order 2016
The above Order, made on the 17th November 2016, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert that length of Public Footpath No. 12 in the Parish of Goostrey commencing at OSGR SJ 7665 7041 and running in a generally north easterly, direction for approx. 134m to OSGR SJ 7674 7051, then running in a generally east, south easterly direction for approx. 126m to OSGR SJ 7686 7046 to a new line commencing at OSGR SJ 7665 7041 and running in a generally south, south easterly direction for approx. 114m to OSGR SJ 7671 7032, then turning and running in a northerly direction (crossing a stream via a footbridge) for approx. 24m to OSGR SJ 7672 7034, then continuing in a north easterly direction for approx. 183m to OSGR SJ 7686 7046. Copies of the Order, plan and Statement of Reasons for making the Order have been deposited and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours in the Rights of Way Unit at the office of the undersigned and at the offices of Cheshire East Borough Council, Westfields, Middlewich Road, Sandbach, CW11 1 HZ. Copies of the Order and the Plan may be obtained free of charge from the undersigned.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Director of Legal Services, 2nd Floor, Old Building, Municipal Buildings, Earle Street, Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 2BJ not later than 30th December 2016. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Cheshire East Borough Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations and objections that have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
HIGHWAYS ACT - SECTION 25 Notice of Public Path Creation Agreement (Public Footpath No. 23 in the Parish of Marthall) Public Path Creation Agreement 2016
Notice is hereby given that a Public Path Creation Agreement has been entered into between Cheshire East Borough Council and the landowner in respect of land in the Parish of Marthall, the effect of which is to create a public footpath described below:
A length of public footpath to be known as Footpath No. 23 in the Parish of Marthall commencing at its junction with Public Footpath No. 9. Parish of Marthall at OSGR SJ 7892 7821 and running in a generally west, north westerly direction for approx. 163m to OSGR SJ 7878 7830 and then running in a generally north, north westerly direction for approx. 39m to its junction with Public Footpath No. 6 Parish of Marthall at OSGR SJ 7876 7833
Copies of the Creation Agreement plan have been deposited and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours in the Rights of Way Unit at the office of the undersigned and at Cheshire East Borough Council offices at Westfields, Middlewich Road, Sandbach, CW11 1 HZ. Copies of the Creation Agreement plans may be obtained from the undersigned. Under Section 25 there is no right of objection and the Agreements have taken immediate effect.
