(DUNKENHALGH WAY, CLAYTON-LE-MOORS, HYNDBURN BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2016 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that Lancashire County Council intend to make an Order under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic on the roads set out in this notice. 1. No person shall cause any motor vehicle or cycle to proceed over that length of Dunkenhalgh Way, Clayton-le-Moors from its junction with M65 Junction 7 Roundabout to its junction with A678 Blackburn Road, in the Borough of Hyndburn. 2. The prohibition will be operative nightly between 1900 hours and 0700 hours from Wednesday 7th December 2016 until Saturday 10th December 2016 or until completion of the works within this period. 3. Diversion routes for vehicular traffic affected will be signed locally. The temporary prohibition is necessary to allow carriageway resurfacing and road marking works to be carried out.
