NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 123(2A) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED) NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF AREA OF OPEN SPACE
Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of Bolton (“the Council”) intends to dispose of an interest in land that includes an area of open space at the following location: Land at Chalfont Street, Bolton A plan showing the area (clearly identified edged in red) of the open space to be included in the disposal can be inspected during regular opening hours at the One Stop Shop, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU. Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to Mrs Helen Gorman, The Borough Solicitor, The Borough Council of Bolton, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU, bearing the reference LS/HJB/71457 by no later than 1st December, 2016 All objections received will then be considered by the Council.
