NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that we The Winning Spot Ltd have applied on 14 November 2016 to Cheshire West and Chester Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for the above premises.
The licensable activities applied for in each case for seven days per week are indoor sporting events, recorded music, provision of late nightrefreshmentand thesupplyof alcohol for the times specified in the application.
Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of this application should write to Cheshire West and Chester Council at the address stated below no later than 14 December 2016. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is £5,000.
