Freeland Horticulture Ltd is applying for planning permission for: proposed temporary planning permission for a topsoil manufacturing facility using as-raised mineral from Tyttenhanger Quarry and PAS100 QP compost at Tyttenhanger Quarry, south of Coursers Road, Colney Heath, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 0RZ. Please note this application proposes development in the Green Belt.
