Licensing Application Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made by South Downs Cellars to the Licensing Authority for the Mid Sussex District for the grant of a variation of a Premises Licence Certificate for South Downs Cellars, 70 High Street, Lindfield RH16 2HL. The application includes proposals for the following licensable activities

i) sell alcohol by retail between the hours of 09.00 - 21.00

during normal office hours and online at www.midsussax.ffov.uk -search for 'Licensing Applications received'.

Responsible Authorities or other persons may make representation on or before 12th December 2016.

All representations shall be made in writing to The Licensing Officer at Mid Sussex District Council.

It Is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, ate maximum fine for which a person is liable is £5,000, _on summary conviction for the offence._
