WHEELER END COMMON, DISTRICT OF WYCOMBE CODNTY OF BUCKINGHAMSHIRE
Fisher German on behalf of Thames Water Utilities Limited has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on "Wheeler End Common". The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
The proposed works are: Renewal and replacement of approximately 335 metres of existing water main and associated apparatus. A temporary working area will be required with temporary heras fencing extending to approximately 100 metres at any one time, for the duration of the works.
A copy of the application form and accompanying documents showing the proposed works can be inspected at High Wycombe Library, 5 Eden Place, High Wycombe, HP11 2DH during their normal opening hours until the twenty third day of December 2016.
