PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27 NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Rita Colman late of 5 Princess Court, Butterstile Lane, Prestwich, Manchester, M25 9PW who died on 6th November 2015 and whose Will was proved in the Manchester District Probate Registry of the Family Division of the High Court on 8th April 2016 by Andrew Barratt Zatman and Benjamin Zatman the executors named in it ('the Executor') are required to send particulars in writing to the Executors whose address is c/o Gunnercooke LLP, 53 King Street, Manchester, M2 4LQ for the attention of Andrew Zatman on or before 19th January 2016 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets ofthe deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which he has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part ofthem so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he then did not have notice Dated: 17th November 2016
