Deceased NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Elizabeth Botschner deceased late of Fleming House Heron Square Eastleigh formerly of 19 Chapel Road, West End, Southampton who died on the 18th October 2016 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the undermentioned Solicitors on or before the 31st January 2017 after which date the Personal Representative will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which notice has been received.
