HIBBERT ST TEMPORARY CLOSURE
THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTIONS 14(1) AND 16(1) THE BOLTON (HIBBERT STREET, BOLTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.93) ORDER 2016 The Borough Council of Bolton has made an Order which will be operative on 18 November 2016, the effect of which will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Hibbert Street, from Back Latham St (North of Hibbert St) to Back Latham St (South of Hibbert St). Alternative route will be via Latham St, Draycott St East and Blackburn Rd. The Order is necessary due to manhole repair works which will last for approximately 1 day and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
