HIGHFIELD RD TEMPORARY CLOSURE
THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTIONS 14(1) AND 16(1) THE BOLTON (HIGHFIELD ROAD, FARNWORTH) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.102) ORDER 2016 The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, the effect of which, being operative from 4 December 2016, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Highfield Road, from Brindley Close to Fir Road . Alternative route will be Laburnum Rd, Plodder Lane, Marsh Lane. The Order is necessary due to manhole repair works which will last for approximately 1 day and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
