Notice is hereby given that John McGuinness in respect of premises known as The White Swan, 1 Upper Dagnell Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL3 5EA applied to St Albans City and District Council for a variation of a premises licence. The proposed application is to extend: the provision of live music to 01.00 on Fri and Sat (i.e. into the following mornings) and to midnight on all other days; the provision of recorded music to 02.00 on Fri and Sat (i.e. into the following mornings) and to 01.00 on all other days' the supply of alcohol to 02.00 on Fri and Sat (i.e. into the following mornings) and to 01.00 on all other days; the hours the premises are open to 02.30 on Fri and Sat (i.e. into the following mornings) and to 1.30 on all other days. New nonstandard timings to apply on Bank Holidays [including Easter), Christmas Eve, St George's Day, St Patrick's Day and New Year's Eve/Day.
Any representation by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, St Albans City and District Council, Civic Centre, St Peters Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3JE no later than 12th December 2016 stating the grounds for objection.
