Licensing Act 2003 Toni-Marie Richards
has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council for a variation to the
Premises Licence (WPPL0408) under Section 34 (varying a premises licence)
of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situated at
Tuatara bar, 23, St Edmund Street, Weymouth, Dorset. DT4 8AS
and propose to carry on the following activities:-
Sale of Alcohol; and/or an indoor sporting event; and/or a boxing or wrestling
entertainment; and/or performance of live music (or entertainment of a similar
description);and/oraperformanceoflivemusic(orentertainmentofasimilar
description); and/or anyplaying ofrecorded music(orentertainmentofa
similar description); and/or late nightrefreshment.
From 09:00 to 04:00 Monday to Sunday.

Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authoritybutthese must be submitted between 14th November 2016 and 12th December 2016. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
