Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make representation may do so in writing to the above address by 28th November 2016. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale - £5000.
