LICENSING ACT 2003 - NEW STORE APPLICATION
Application has been made to Malvern Hills District Council for a new premis­es licence under section 17 of theAct by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco Stores Ltd, 62 Teme Street, Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire to sell alcohol between 07:00 - 22:00 Hours Monday to Saturday 10:00 - 16:00 Suundays.
The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspected at the offices of  Malvern Hills District Council,
Licensing Unit, The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, WRI4 3AF
between normal office hours Monday to Friday except pulic holidays. Any represention by a responsible authority or a person likely to be affected by the grant of the application must be made in writing to the council by 20th December 2016: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
