Notice of application for a variation of a premises licence (Section 34 of the act) Mr Mohammed Miah, Red Peppers, 148 High Street, Brierley Hill DY5 3BP Briefly describe the proposed variation from the existing licence or certificate Remove wording on the premises licence under licensing objective of the prevention public nuisance namely whilst the premises are trading as a restaurant no alcohol is to be sold on the premises and the premises are not to be used for live music, discos or karaoke, dancing, exhibition of a film or indoor sporting events The full application can be inspected by contacting the licensing section (see below) between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays)
