NOTICE OF PROPOSED COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT EVENT
PLANNING APPLICATION FOR
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT, LANDSCAPING, OPEN SPACE AND ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE AT KIRKLAND FARM, BALLINGRY (16/03600/PAN)
Notice is hereby given of a "drop in" event for all members of the public to attend to learn more about the above proposed development prior to a planning application being lodged with Fife Council
The event will be held at the following location/time: Benarty Centre, Flockhouse Avenue, Ballingry KY5 8JH
Monday 5th December 2016 Between 1pm and 7pm
At the event representatives of Springfield Properties PLC will be on
hand to answer questions raised by the attending public. A feedback form will be provided at the "drop in" event and all those in attendance are encouraged to complete the form expressing their
views on the proposed development. The completed forms should be handed to a Springfield Properties representative or sent to the company's address as noted below.
For the avoidance of doubt it should be noted that any comments submitted about the proposed development, either at the event itself, or subsequently by post (no later than 23rd December) do not constitute representations to the Local Planning Authority. Once the planning application is formally submitted to Fife Council, there will be a further opportunity to submit representations in relation to the proposed development.
