TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We The People's Republic, do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the grant of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as The People's Republic, 31 Western Road, Hove, BN3 1AF for the following licensable activities/ proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on the premises: The sale by retail of alcohol, Tuesday to Thursday 16.00 - 22.30, Friday to Saturday 14.00 - 23.00, Sunday 14.00 - 22.30.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, should send to Head of Planning and Public Protection, Health & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 UP no later than 24" November 2016 a brief written statement of the ground of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000 (level 5).
