Public Notice -Licensing Application Licensing Act 2003
An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by Old Town Brewery Ltd. in respect of 25 Goddard Avenue, Swindon, SN1 4HR
The application seeks the following licensable activities and times:
Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption off the premises
by internet and telephone sales only Monday to Sunday 24 hours
Opening Hours of the premises
by appointment only for collection of orders
Monday to Sunday 16:00 to 20:00hrs
The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, [licensing@swindon.gov.uk] between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.
Responsible Authorities, (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade), and/or Other persons (e.g. people/ businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 12th November 2016 and 9th December 2016. All representations must be made in writing [including email or fax].
It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
