Effaith y gorchymyn fel y'i cadarnhawyd fydd dargyfeirio rhan PP44/32 o'r llwybr troed cyhoeddus, sy'n dechrau o bwynt A (cyfeirnod grid OS, SN 1887 3051), gan barhau i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain ar draws cae hyd at bwynt C (cyfeirnod grid OS, SNI899 3043) sydd wedi cael ei farcio ar y map yn llinell ddu drom, barhaus, tuag at linell sy'n dechrau o bwynt A (cyfeirnod grid OS, SN 1887 3051), Mae'n parhau i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain ar hyd ochr ddwyreiniol ffin orllewinol y cae, tuag at ei gornel ddeheuol at bwynt B (cyfeirnod grid OS SNI892 3040), gan droi i gyfeiriad y gogledd ddwyrain a pharhau ar hyd ochr ogleddol ffin ddeheuol y cae tuag at bwynt C (cyfeirnod grid OS, SNI899 3043), sy'n cael ei ddangos ary map fel llinell ddu doredig. Gellir gweld copi o'r gorchymyn fel y'i cadarnhawyd, yn ogystal a'r map, yn rhad ac am ddim yn Is-adran Cynllunio a Datblygu, Y Gyfarwyddiaeth Ddatblygu, Cyngor Sir Penfro, Neuadd y Sir, Hwlffordd, o 9.00yb tan 5.00yh yn ystod oriau gwaith wythnosol. Gall copiau o'r gorchymyn a'r map gael eu prynu yno am £2.68.
DaWr gorchymyn i rym wedi i Gyngor Sir Penfro gadarnhau bod termau Erthygl 2 y gorchymyn wedi
cydymffurfio, ond os oes unrhyw unigolyn yn anfodlon ac eisiau cwestiynu dilysrwydd y gorchymyn, neu
unrhyw ddarpariaethau sy'n gynwysedig ynddo, i wneud hynny drwy apelio i'r Uchel Lys o dan adran 287 Deddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990 o fewn chwe wythnos wedi ir rhybudd gael ei gyhoeddi, a hynny yn ol gofynion paragraff 7, Atodlen 14 y Ddeddf. Ond rhaid iddynt wneud hynny ar yr amod nad yw'r gorchymyn o fewn pwerau'r Ddeddf neu os nad ydi unrhyw ofynion y Ddeddf neu unrhyw gymhwysiad a gafodd eu gwneud o dan y Ddeddf heb eu cydymffurfo mewn perthynas a'r gorchymyn NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990-SECTION 257 PEMBROKESHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH No.44/32 IN THE COMMUNITY OF CRYMYCH PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2016 On the Ist November 2016 Pembrokeshire County Council confirmed the above order The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert that part of public footpath PP44/32, commencing from point A (OS grid reference SN 1887 3051), continuing in a south easterly direction across a field to point C (OS grid reference SNI899 3043) as marked on the Order map by a continuous bold black line, to a line commencing from point A (OS grid reference SN I887 305I), and continuing south south east along the east side of the west field boundary to the southern corner of the field at point B (OS grid reference SN I892 3040), turning north east and continuing along the north side of the southern field boundary to point C (OS grid reference SNI899 3043), as shown on the Order map by a broken bold black line. A copy of the order as confirmed and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the Development Planning Division, Development Directorate, Pembrokeshire County Council, County Hall, Haverfordwest, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on working weekdays. Copies of the order and map
may be bought there at the price of£2.68.
The order comes into force on the date on which Pembrokeshire County Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the order have been complied with, but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to
question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, or of any regulation made
under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order he or she may apply to the High
Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks on which the notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to the Act Dyddiedig I6 Tachwedd 20I6/Dated I6th November 2016 Dr Steven Jones
