NOTICE OF PUBLIC EXHIBITION
PLANNING PROPOSAL
Ben, Motor and Allied Trades Benevolent Fund, Rise Road, Sunninghill, Ascot, SL5 OAJ
The public and any interested party are invited to attend a public exhibition relating to proposals and future planning applications by Ben at the Rise Road site. This will cover various developments for extra care units, community medical services and other smaller works at the site.
The event will be held in the Claude Wallis lounge at the Ben site, Rise Road, Sunninghill, Ascot, SL5 OAJ on Tuesday 29th November 2016 between 3.00pm and 7.00pm.
People who live within the area, or who are simply interested, are invited to drop in at anytime between the hours above to view the plans and discuss any aspect of the proposal. A preliminary version of the proposals will be on display. There will also be opportunity to ask questions and leave written comments should you wish to do so.
In due course planning applications will be made to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council and you will have a further chance to make your views known. At this stage, it is an opportunity to become aware of the proposals and also for your views to be taken into account in the finalisation of the proposed plans.
