(Waiting and Loading Restrictions and
Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014
(Variation No. 35) Order 2016
Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is:
Purton Road Service Road (opposite No's 9 to 15) North Side revoke the 'limited waiting 30 minutes no return within 1 hour' to be replaced with 'no waiting at anytime' restriction.
Purton Road Service Road (infront of retail units No's 1 to 7) Introduction of 'limited waiting, 2 hours, Mon - Sat, 8am to 6pm, No return within 1 hour' at 3 locations on the north side, east side and south side.
A copy of the draft Order, plan showing the extent of the restrictions and reasons for making the Order may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders
Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (ZA/ VO 35/Purton Rd) by no later than 9 December 2016.
