LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
We Bluehouse Farm Community Association hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Laindon Link, Laindon, Basildon, Essex. SS15 5UL. The proposed licensable activity is:Internal refurb works to bar area and all WC's. To install a smoking shelter to front of building (South) To extend alcohol consumption area to South of building and West of building with a new garden area. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below. Representations should be sent The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin’s Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council’s office address given above, by appointment, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5,000.00).
