.THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that I, DAVID ANDERSON, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as EDMUNDBYERS YOUTH HOSTEL, EDMUNDBYERS, CONSETT. DH8 9NL. A variation is sought to:- Extend the Youth Hostel’s licensed area to form an additional bar area; remove the current conditions at Annex 2 of the licence and add new licence conditions to Annex 2 of the premises licence. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham.
