This application may affect the setting of a listed building (Householder application). This proposal is a major development. 17 King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3DG Application No's: 08/16/00179 & 08/16/00180 Change of use & conversion of offices at Ground and First Floor level to form 2 residential units. These applications affect a listed building, the setting of a listed building & lies within a Conservation Area.
