Under The Licensing Act 2003 Balvinder Singh applied to the City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 07/11/16 for a licence to use the premises at 40 - 42 Bradford Road, Shipley, Bradford BD18 3NT for the sale by retail of alcohol between the hours of 07.00a.m. -23.00p.m. daily. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Sport, Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX by 05/12/16. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 08/11/2016.
