IN THE ESTATE OF DAVID GEORGE MUNDAY DECEASED NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of David George Munday late of 52 Aberdour Road, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 4PE who died on the 31st day of July 2014 is required to send particulars thereof to the under named solicitors no later than two calendar months from the date of publication of this Notice after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which they have notice, and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be Iiable to any person of whose claim he shall not then have had notice.
