LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice if Application for a Premises Licence
I Colin Russell hereby make application for Premises Licence in respect of Russells Cafe & Bistro, 215 Hamstel Road, Southend on Sea, SS2 4LB. The relevant licensable activities which is it proposed will will carried on Supply/Sale of Alcohol to the public between the hours of 11.00 to 23.00 7 days a week. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representation to the Licensing Authority (Southend on Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 08/12/2016. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend in Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 12), Victoria Avenue, Southend on Sea, Essex. SS2 6ZG. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office, address given above, between 8.30am and 4.45pm on Mondays to Fridays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale( currently £5,000) Date 08/11/2016
