Application to vary a Premises Licence To whom it may concern, take note that I, Will Laithwaite, give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of The Loose Cannon Brewing Company ltd, Unit 6, Suffolk Way, Abingdon, OX14 5JX, and that I have applied to vary the conditions of the licence in respect of Extending the opening hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, 135 Eastern Ave nue, Milton park, Abingdon OX14 4SB before 29/11/16 and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
