ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
SHIBDEN HEAD LANE, QUEENSBURY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 605) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of new Yorkshire Water supply to be executed on or near Shibden Head Lane, Queensbury has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed along a length of Shibden Head Lane from a point to the side of no 69 Halifax Road to a point outside no 5 Shibden Head Lane..
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be allowed. Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Shibden Head Lane (unaffected section), Brewery Lane, Halifax Road and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation at 08:00 hours on 15th November 2016 and remains in force until 18:00 hours on 18th November 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 10th day of November 2016
