ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
KIRKGATE, SILSDEN TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 614) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of on-going structural works on or near Keighley Road, Silsden intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall wait at any time on the length of Kirkgate, Silsden which extends from a point opposite No 43 Kirkgate, Silsden for a distance of approximately 34 metres in a northerly direction.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition of waiting restrictions shall not extend to
emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works
proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 18th November 2016 and
remain in force until 1st April 2017 (although the closure can remain in force
for up to eighteen months if necessary).
